Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts.
Vijai B. PANDEY
v.
David R. ROULSTON.
No. 06667.
March 3, 1995.
Client who brought legal malpractice action against his attorney appealed from judgment entered after decision by single justice of the Supreme Judicial Court, denying relief on client's petition for review. The Supreme Judicial Court held that: (1) client was not entitled to relief from order denying his reapplication for default judgment based on attorney's alleged failure to answer his interrogatories seasonably, and (2) client's appeal was frivolous and supported award of double costs as sanction.
Affirmed.
Leonard F. Zandrow, Jr., David H. Peltz, Boston, with him, for defendant.
